Stem Stress relief......this looks scary37 viewsVince devised a way to move the goddess using his truck, a come-along, a lifting strap and the line from his pumpkin plucker! He first tried driving some 4 foot stakes into the ground and bracing them as a anchor, but Artemus would just laugh and pull them right out! He was able to get my truck near the patch and put bricks under all four tires - move that goddess! This was need to remove stress on the stem which was causing it to split.
